ONGOING CARE
AirLogix will schedule follow-up home and phone encounters based
on individual member needs. Physician-designed home management
plans may be reviewed as well as follow-up evaluation of the
member’s medical and lifestyle status.
The frequency of interventions with members is planned individually
and is based on AirLogix’s extensive respiratory management
experience.
