(Dallas, TX - July 21, 2005) AirLogix, the most experienced and trusted leader in respiratory disease management today announced an agreement with Kentucky-based Humana, Inc. (NYSE: HUM) to offer comprehensive respiratory disease management services to Humana members. Under the agreement, AirLogix will provide specialized asthma care services for Humana commercial members. The program began February 1 under a letter of agreement and will include care for the plan's pediatric and adult populations. AirLogix will use their award-winning educational materials, in-home support and telephonic interaction to empower Humana’s health plan members in self-care. This agreement reflects a continuing move by health plans to outsource effective, specialized respiratory disease management solutions.
