AirLogix Receives Full NCQA Disease Management Program Accreditation

Includes Patient & Practitioner Oriented Accreditation
for Both Asthma and COPD Programs


(Dallas, TX, November 7, 2002) AirLogix, the pioneer in respiratory disease management, announced today that it has received full accreditation for its Disease Management programs in both asthma and COPD from NCQA (National Committee for Quality Assurance). The Accreditation includes both NCQA Practitioner and Patient oriented processes.
NCQA is the nation's leader in health care performance measurement and oversight and currently accredits more than half the nation's HMOs. NCQA also has broad support among the employer community with nearly 75% of the nation's large employers using NCQA Accreditation and HEDIS data to guide their choices among health plans.
